In 2011, Badahyang Company was established to bring healthy herb-seasoned ("hamcho") Laver to people.
The company directly manages the entire process, from harvesting to the seasoning of Laver, bringing with it CEO Keum Ki Hong's expertise, which includes the selection and manufacturing of raw materials. He has been working in the fishing industry since 1985, running Daedo-seafood Company since 2002.
